Use the contact details in your order confirmation. Include your order number, name and the email used to order.
Get your free return label
Wait for our reply with the current return address and a prepaid label or covered return method.
Pack and hand it over
Pack the hoodie securely, use the return method we provide and keep the drop-off receipt.
!Do not send returns to St. Anna Kinderspital or to an address found elsewhere online. Only use the return address supplied with your order.

THE DETAILS
Condition of the hoodie
You may inspect and try on THE BITE as you would in a shop. Please do not wear it beyond a try-on, wash it, add odours, remove parts or damage it. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Original packaging and tags help protect the item but do not by themselves remove your statutory rights.
Refunds
We refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the hoodie arrives back or you provide proof that it was sent. Extra cost for an upgraded delivery method is not refunded.
Made to order
Each hoodie is handmade after purchase and delivered within two months. The 14-day withdrawal period starts after you receive it. You may also notify us before dispatch if you want to cancel. Made-to-order production alone does not remove your withdrawal right.
Faulty or incorrect items
If THE BITE arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through the details in your order confirmation. Your statutory guarantee rights are separate from a change-of-mind return, and we will cover the necessary return cost for an accepted faulty or incorrect item.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Individually personalised goods may be excluded from withdrawal only where the law permits and where this was clearly disclosed before purchase.
